Flipside: Cassette Player is sold on the App Store under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). Those terms apply to your use of the app.
Apple Music
Flipside plays music from your own Apple Music library through Apple's MusicKit. Playing music needs an Apple Music subscription, and Apple's own terms cover that subscription and the music in it.
